Most insurance companies no longer require a referral for physical therapy.

If a referral or an order for physical therapy is required by your particular insurance company, schedule a consultation with one of our therapists and they will take care of the paperwork for you.

If you are not sure if your insurance requires a referral, simply call their customer service number.
