Francine received her Bachelors of Science in Pre-Medicine Biology from Dickinson State University in Dickinson, ND in 2003 and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN in 2007. Prior to joining the ActivePT team, she worked in orthopedic physical therapy for 13 years utilizing manual therapy techniques and aquatic therapy to treat a wide variety of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. Francine’s areas of interest include treatment of acute and chronic problems using manual and aquatic therapy.
Francine was born in Sheridan, WY and grew up in Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota. She met her husband at college in North Dakota and after getting married in 2004, they moved to Rochester, MN to attend physical therapy school. They now live in Byron, MN with their 2 sons and their dog Kirby. Francine and her family enjoy being outside, watching and playing sports, golfing, and traveling.
