Allie Greenlund, PTA, graduated with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Finlandia University in Hancock, Michigan in 2020. She completed her undergraduate education at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2018. Allie joined the ActivePT team in 2022.
Allie is passionate about treating neck pain, back pain, as well as hip and knee injuries. She strives to increase postural awareness in her patients, and enjoys treating geriatric populations. She believes that a hands on approach to assessment and treatment allows her to best address and understand the patient’s specific injury or pain. Allie works to educate patients on how to manage pain and accelerate healing through strengthening, stretching, and posture awareness.
Allie lives in Rochester, Minnesota with husband Ian, and fur baby Milo (dog) . She enjoys hiking, fishing, water skiing, and spending time with family.
