Daniel Cheong, DPT, graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California in 2022. He completed his undergraduate education at U.C. Berkeley in 2014. During his college career, Daniel found a passion for weight training. He joined the ActivePT team in 2022.
While Daniel particularly enjoys working with his lifting population, he loves showing everyone the benefits of strengthening and how it can help each person get back to their passions in life. He is especially passionate about helping those with spine, low back and hip pain using a hands-on approach combined with an individualized strengthening program.
Daniel lives in Rochester with his wife and dog, Naga. He enjoys going to the gym and going for walks.
